Junior Consultant Corporate Finance

you will join a project team working closely with our customers on a variety of mandates. Typical activities include
-
Strategic, operational and financial due-diligences and diagnostics
-
Drawing up transformation, restructuring or turnaround plans addressing all or part of the rationalisation and rebound levers,
-
Formalisation of business plans
-
Preparation of integration plans (post-merger management) or spin-off plans (carve-out)
-
Support in implementing these plans,
-
Ongoing interaction with client teams
-
Written and oral communication associated with assignments (presentations, reports).
